think I done everything that should be done to recognize my laptop's warranty,
complained for the faulty product and even paid for the reparation but they
couldn't repair it either. And after all they have stolen my money. In my humble opinion the Acer company doesn't really cares about people in East Europe only cares about their benefit (in their e-mail discussion after a few positive but mostly negative messages they agreed that I can’t get warranty because I’m Romanian, with their own words what was to be happen was a rip-off). They didn’t want to give me warranty because I'm Romanian, but according to Acer regulations in this case that should not matter. I would recommend buying HP or Dell laptops. I have friends having them and they are all happy and satisfied with them, the Dell one had a problems when he was in a foreign country and laptop was fixed and not only on paper… I hope I help with my comments and webpage to prevent possible laptop customers from becoming dissatisfied just because Acer’s blind fame. It’s September when I put this onto web, it’s still under warranty until October. I try once more to get my laptop fixed. When I have the blamelessly working laptop I remove this site. |
